A practical starting point

Training is more useful when the record tells the whole story.

Home-care teams work across many settings, roles and schedules. Managers need a simple way to see what learning was assigned, what was completed and when a certificate is due for review.

The pilot gives one team a shared pathway and a clearer evidence trail—without asking you to change your whole training operation first.

Start with your team’s roles

The Scope-of-Practice Evidence Pilot

A small first cohort.
A decision based on evidence.

Agree the role and reference mapping together. Then see whether the learning and reporting fit your team before considering a wider rollout.

01

Map the roles

Choose one team. Confirm its roles, services and relevant local references.

02

Agree the cohort

Select a modest learner group and one or two tracks that match its work.

03

Track the learning

Review assigned learning, completion records and time-limited certificates.

04

Review and decide

Discuss fit, learner feedback and reporting. Continue only if it makes sense.

Your 15-minute conversation

Bring the outline.
We’ll map the first step.

You do not need a finished training plan. A few details help make the conversation useful:

  • RolesFor example, nurses, home-care assistants or physiotherapists.
  • Services and emirateWhere the team works and the care it provides.
  • Current training approachWhat is already in place and what you want to make easier to review.
  • Approximate cohort sizeA range is enough. Start with one practical team.

Role-aware, not one-size-fits-all

Start with the work
your team actually does.

Choose a role or service line to discuss. The right pathway depends on your team’s responsibilities, location and current training approach.

Clear about alignment

Aligned to reference frameworks. Not regulator-approved.

Educate UAE’s learning tracks are aligned to relevant UAE regulator scope-of-practice reference frameworks. They have not received approval or endorsement from DHA, MOHAP or DoH. Alignment does not guarantee compliance or mean every role-specific requirement has been met. Employers remain responsible for confirming scope of practice, clinical governance and applicable local requirements.

Good questions first

Before you choose a cohort.

Start with the team and the evidence you need to see. We can work out the rest together.

Which home-care roles can be included?

Educate UAE currently lists learning tracks for registered nurses, home-care assistants, wound-care specialists, physiotherapists, general practitioners, nutritionists, midwives, emergency responders, and office or administrative staff. In the mapping conversation, we’ll confirm which roles, services and tracks are relevant to your team.

How do we choose a pilot cohort?

Choose one team or service line where a shared learning path and clearer completion visibility would be useful. An approximate cohort size is enough for the first conversation. Final learner numbers are agreed before the pilot begins.

Is the pilot free?

No. The pilot has a cost. We agree the price with each provider before the pilot starts, based on the size of the cohort and the learning tracks you choose. We’ll cover it on the first call.

What evidence can managers review?

Educate UAE provides course assignment and completion records, assessment outcomes, certificate verification and certificate validity information. The pilot can help you assess whether those records and the employer dashboard fit your review process.

How are renewals handled?

Certificates carry a validity window, and the platform flags when that window closes. Your employer decides the renewal policy, the right timing and whether any refresher learning is appropriate for a role.

Are these tracks approved by DHA, MOHAP or DoH?

No. The tracks are aligned to relevant UAE regulator reference frameworks, but have not been approved or endorsed by DHA, MOHAP or DoH. Alignment is not approval and does not guarantee compliance. Employers should confirm role and local requirements before assigning training.

How long does a pilot take, and what happens next?

We’ll agree a practical timeframe with your team after the roles and cohort are clear. At the review point, you can assess pathway fit, participation and reporting, then decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.
